How do I run reports against my Agility Project?

The traditional reports are not available for me in my Agility Project. How do I turn it on? ALl I see is the following.

Also how do I change the Project Type to Business Project as it defaults to Software Project.

Agility projects don't have the other reports. You'll need to use a new project od the other type.
