How do I restrict ability to modify boards or projects?

I feel like this existed at one point, but I am not seeing a way to prevent users from deleting columns on my board, or changing settings for the project.
Does that level of granularity no longer exist (or did it ever)?
I have a shared board in a "master" project that aggregates tickets from all of our other projects into one place. My teams work from that board. I want to be sure the project settings, board settings, workflow, etc. cannot be altered.
Is this possible?
