I am currently trying to reorder backlog tickets and when I move the ticket it goes back to the original spot that I moved it from. I use to be able to order them manually to prioritize for the team and now I unable. Is there something that I am missing?

I was going to submit a support ticket, but I tested the board out again this morning and rearranging is working again. If it happens again though I will follow the support steps.
