How do I reconfigure Jira to point from the HSQL DB to an existing MySQL database

I have backed up our MySQL DB for Jira. I am creating a staging system and have restored the MySQL data and associated Jira content on the staging system. When have reinstalled a clean version of Jira 5.1.1 using the default HSQLDB during the installation process.

How do I now point Jira to the MySQL DB?

Answer accepted

You can change the database through the JIRA configuration Tool. It's located in the $installation-path/bin/config.bat for windows or $installation-path/bin/config.sh if you're using linux.
