Two of our existing users lost access to scrum board following which new stories could not be assigned to them. I don't have admin access anymore. Can a Site administrator help reinstate my admin role or help re-activate the two users in Jira. User ids requiring re-activation are LHA118 and KMA258.
My user id is APA008 (scrum master for EN board). Site url is https://maersk-analytics.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=13&selectedIssue=EN-3
Hi,
You should contact support for help with this as they will have insight to your instance:
Thank you Josh. By Support do you mean my local support team for Jira ? if yes we do not have a local support team, not that I am aware of. If you are referring to support.atlassian.com URL, I have searched using keywords 'reactivate users'. As per the results I need admin credentials to make necessary changes.
Would you by any chance have a list of Site administrators signed on to the Maersk BI account? That'd help me get in touch with the right person.

You need to summit a support request to Atlassian at that link. This is a public site mostly answered by volunteers that don't work for Atlassian
