We have a company managed site on Jira.
We have multiple projects, most everyone should see/work with.
However, one project is for all developers to see, but a sub-set of users should only see and be able to work in this project. This subset should not have access to the other projects.
It appears I may have to use copy a permission scheme and setup a new scheme for both the specific project they have access too, but also the project they shouldn't have access to. Is there an easier way?
They are NOT listed under "people" on the project settings of the projects we don't want them to have access to, but yet they still have access to them.
You must modify the permission schemes and restrict the visibility of the projects according to those that should be visible to this subset of users, do not include these users in the "browse project" permission of those projects that should not be visible to them, you will limit their visibility.
Hope that helps, greetings
