How do I pre-release my jira app ？

I developed an app

And it can be installed by “Upload App”

How do I pre-release my jira app ？Then i can search my app in “Marktplace apps” ， check the app introduce ,  and install it.  But other people can't see the app.

If I don't make it ,  is there another way I can test my app.
