How do I pay for JIRA

We have one developer. He uses JIRA. It appears to him that it's no longer available.

I wonder if that's because my credit card number changed recently. I'm not sure where I'd enter a new one.

You can use MyAtlassian (https://my.atlassian.com) to manage your licenses and subscriptions! Please note that you need to connect with the subscriber's credentials to manage the license or subscription!
