I don't know if Cloud is different in this way, but in Data Center you can go into the Advanced Settings from the General Configuration section under System and add fields. If you want to add custom fields, you need to provide the custom field ID. Here's an example of what mine looks like.

You cannot modified the child view linked in you ticket (only assignee and status displayed). You need to go to child ticket itself to see the fields..
