I'm a scrum master, so in the morning I go through people and move tasks/stories through the board, but whenever I move something it changes the assignee to me!

Hi Christopher,
Updating the assignee from a transition would occur when a post-function is set the update assignee.
To view the post-functions currently set, access your project administration and view the workflow. The properties of the workflow transition will contain the post function currently in use. Update these as required for your team's need.
