How do I make it so queries are visible to all logged in users by default when initially saved?

I work in a very high-trust environment, and there's no reason here to privatize filters by default. Is there any way to change a setting for my user so whenever I save a new JQL query it will make it always visible to any logged in user? I have to do this every. single. time. I make a query right now, and it is driving me bonkers. Thank you!

Hello, Good day. You can change the default filter sharing from "private". Location : https://xxxxxx.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewUserDefaultSettings.jspa

Okay. so only the admin can change that, and it has to be at the project level? I was hoping as a user within a project, I could change it for me (user setting). Probably not the case, but thank you anyway.
