How do I know my data is safe when I send a dump of my Jira instance for support?

I took a backup and sent it to Atlassian for support, how do I know they handle it correctly, dispose of it when done etc?

You can also anonymize (sp?) your data before you send it to them: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Anonymising+JIRA+Data
