How do I identify who my admin is for user access and account set up

I have an account but cannot access the QL service/operations space and the associated project board. 

The admins who owns the space and board are unable to add or even locate my account

Hi @Alison Pollock 

If you have an IT Support Desk they will be the best point of contact; Space Admins don't have the ability to create accounts, that is only possible for Org Admins who will usually be part of IT Support.

@Alison Pollock Have you able to access the jira site? if so, Are both jira space/board admin belong to the same organization? If so, can you ask your jira org admin to check whether you have the correct access rights?
