How do I hide the 'Automation for Jira' notifications?

Sam May 18, 2021

We have some rules using Automation for Jira that update fields such as a "start date" when status transitions from 'todo' to 'in progress'.

I've disabled emails for this rule, but these still end up spamming my JIRA notifications (bell in browser in top right):

Is it possible to stop these appearing?

Hi @Sam

That is not possible yet; here is the suggestion to add that option, which you may watch/vote for to see progress: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74321

Best regards,

Bill

This is also essentially the same feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-39119

You may want to watch / vote on both.
