Hi Juan,

You have to use an add-on (like JIRA PDF View Plugin for example) 

It is not possible to export attachment without using an add-on.

That's right.

All you have to do is turning on the "embed attachments" feature and then the resulted PDF will contain the issue's attachments. You can then open or save those from the PDF file itself:
