How do I get the Zephyr fields.

Thomas Fritzen September 16, 2020

I would like to get the Zephyr field into my JIRA project to create test cases.

How do I do that?

Hello @Thomas Fritzen

Are you working with a Classic or Next Gen project?

Do you have the Zephyr for JIRA app installed?

Thomas Fritzen September 16, 2020

I am working with JIRA on the Cloud not sure if that is classic or next gen.  I do have Zephyr installed with JIRA.

In the left hand navigation pane it should say Classic or Next Gen below the project name at the top of the panel.

It says Classic.

A person with JIRA Admin access will need to add the Test issue type to the Issue Types Scheme for your project, and also make sure that there is an appropriate Workflow in the project's Workflow Scheme, and a Field Configuration in the Field Configuration Scheme, and a Screen Scheme in the Issue Type Screen Scheme for the Test issue type.

Do your other schemes accommodate the Test issue type?

Hi @Thomas Fritzen ,

If you are looking for the custom fields to be added in the project which you have defined in Zephyr, have a look at the below page.
