How do I get the Improved Interface Roadmap to show Stories, Incidents, Etc. in 'Done' Status?

When creating a Roadmap any Story, Incident, Etc. in a 'Done' status drops off from the view and does not show towards completion of the sprint. What do I need to do to have all tickets show throughout the sprint so I can keep track of the sprint progress as a whole?

Could you please let us know if you are currently using Jira Cloud or Server?

By the description of your question, it seems you're probably being impacted by one of the settings below in your Roadmap view:

1. Your plan level filter might be restricting your done issues from being displayed in the Roadmap:
   
2. Check if the Issue source of your roadmap plan (Board, filter, or project) is properly configured to display Done issues. To check what is your Issue source, click on the Cog icon at the right side of your plan's name > Configure > Issue Sources:
   
3. If the Issue source of your plan is a board, Check the following:
   
   1. Confirm if the board filter is returning done issues (Board settings > General > Board filter)
   2. Check if you have the done status mapped to your board column (Board settings > Columns)
