My organization has an old Atlassian account on the free tier of Confluence and Jira Cloud. I'd like to find out who the site admin is to upgrade to a paid offering, but I don't know who the site admin is. Is there a way to look up who the site admin(s) is?
I have access to old email addresses, so I'll be able to manage the site when I figure out who the site admin is.
I've looked up users in Confluence and Jira (e.g., https://company_name.atlassian.net/jira/people/search), but I don't see specified user roles. I've also gone to the administration site (e.g., https://company_name.atlassian.net/trusted-admin), but there is no user management or billing section for my user.
Hello ssoutherland,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I saw that you created a ticket with our customer advocates and they shared with you the names of the site-admins of the site.
In this case, creating a ticket is the best option, because the community is public, so even if we can check the information, we can't share here because is private information.
I'm glad that this issue was resolved and if you have any technical information, please count on us.
Regards,
Angélica
