I created a Kanban Board for my team. The board displays fine but the lefthand blade has the error ERROR: 1D4U4J2  - any ideas how I can fix this?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is not an error message that means a specific error has happened, it's a marker that goes into logs and databases for Atlassian to group together similar incidents happening across many instances of their Cloud services.

Best you can do is simply report it to Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact (if you have a free or starter subscription, that will bring you back here to the Community.  If that is the case, please let us know here, and a leader will be able to get you added to the list of people notified when Atlassian fix this problem)
