Ahoy,
I have a custom field created using a 3rd party app. The field appears as expected everywhere except the Issue Detail Screen visible in the right pane of the backlog.
I have tried to add it in the Board configuration, but the field is not available in the list of fields to add to the Issue Detail View configuration.
The custom field has been associated with the CE and V screens in the System and Project config, has a Global Context, and is applied to all issue types
A couple of questions based on this scenario:
If it's not listed in the board config Issue Detail View, that means it's not available. I would reach out to the app developer to request the field to be added.
