How do I find out who the administrator of my environment is?

The company's system administrator says that he is not the admin of this space. And I can't find the administrator in any way and this prevents me from working fully. I suspect that the administrator may be some person who has resigned. How can I find out the administrator's email address so that I can contact him?

On Jira Cloud you generally can’t see who the admin is (or their email) unless you’re an admin yourself, so here’s what I do: first, use the built‑in “Contact your Jira admin” form, submitting it emails all current Jira admins on the site. If you can open admin.atlassian.com → Directory, I check the Site/Organization Admins there; if you can’t access it, you are not an admin. If no one internally knows, I raise a request with Atlassian’s Billing/Licensing team so they can identify or reach out to the admins on record, and I also ask your Finance who receives the Atlassian invoices (billing/technical contacts are often admins). If this is actually a Confluence space issue, I open Space settings → General → Space details to see the space’s Administrators list.
