How do I export User Stories from an Excel workbook?

Hi,
I am attempting to export a table from an excel workbook to Jira to create user stories and place them on the backlog.
The work book is 8 sheets long however, only one of those contains the table to be exported to JIra.
How can I export this to Jira and have it fill in the correct fields (Description, Summary, etc) as each row is a new story?
