How do I enter a time estimate for backlog tasks?

I don't see anyway to enter a time estimate for tasks so that I can properly build sprints. How do I enter time estimates?

Additionally, is there an easy way to see how many hours available each developer has to work on specific tasks for each sprint so I don't overload someone?

Let's split in 2 answers: 

1. Time Estimate

Make sure on Configure Board, that you've configure the "Estimation" part. This will add the estimation module to your board/backlog.

2. How many hours

Same as above. Once done you'll find it in the backlog page on the sprint, click on the "..." icon next to the people assigned to the sprint.
