How do I enable spell check?

I use Google Chome, which automatically spell checks most input feilds. For some reason Jira does not work with this spell check. I think it's because Jira doesn't have a text box, just fancy html entry. 

How can I enable spell check to work in Jira?

I use chrome and spell check works for me in Jira.  I have had issues in the past where Chrome stopped on certain websites and clearing the cache worked as a fix.

In the Chrome -> Settings -> Language tab, Ive found that basic spellchecker will work, but Advanced spellcheck does not.
