I was looking to find out what is my Jira and Confluence version. Read it can be viewed under: Jira settings>System>Troubleshooting And Support, but it's disabled, how can I enable it? [it may be just a header, but than I only have 'Audit Log' option and there's no system info there...]

Is there another way to see the system version?

To get this information you must be a System Admin to view the information that you are requesting.

However,

If you are on the server version of Jira, to get the version that you are on you can go to Jira Administration > Applications. there you will see your versions & licenses.

For Confluence you would need Confluence Admin permissions.

Go to General Configurations > System information. Once on the "View System information page you will be able to see the version that you are on for Confluence.

As far as turning on the Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools that is an app that you would need to install from the market place.
