How do I edit the main issue view screen?

Would like to edit this screen. Is that the view screen in the screen scheme? How do I add something right below details?

You can edit only the fields that are shown in the details, you can not add some kind of section or something like that.

To add or remove fields, you are completely right with the view issue screen.

If you want to add some kind of section or something like that, there are add-ons that might help.

One is the script runner app, but I'm sure there are others in the marketplace.
