Currently in my active sprint board view, it just shows everyone's tasks in one big board and if I want to filter down by individual I have to click on each person's icon located above the board next to "quick filters." I would like to get away from doing this and show everyone's items on the board but organized in rows by person if that makes sense.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
When you are in your board just go to the Board settings (from the " . . . " icon on the right side). Then go to swimlanes and select to separate them by Assignee. This would do the magic for you.
