Hi Susannah, welcome to the Community. You could use Automation for this. Go to your project > Project settings > Automation and configure a new rule that looks something like below but change out the JQL to match your needs. Note if your query spans project set it up as Global. Once you have this done, even though it is "scheduled" to trigger, you can run it manually from the automation page.
