How do I disable Atlassian notifications/popups in Jira Server?

So this morning in I logged in to our Jira Server instance, and was greeted by a notification from Atlassian, titled "Recent bug fixes and product improvements". How do I prevent this type of nonsense from showing up again?

This seems to be something other than the Jira Insiders popup, which we've already disabled. But it's in the same vein of unprofessionalism. We pay Atlassian a fair amount of money, and it's mind boggling that they'd abuse our Jira instance for shameless self-promotion.

   Unfortunately, it cannot be turned off. We have an open issue in our backlog to make this configurable:
