How do I delete the Gantt OnDemand user

We tried out your product but feel there is some work that needs to be done before it's ready for production use in our company.

I want to remove access to the Gantt onDemand user the application created, freeing up that Jira licence but it's telling me I cannot change this admin users settings.

Please let me know how I can disable/delete this user so I can get my Jira User licence back in user.
