I am using next-gen cloud. I deleted a filter and assumed it would delete the subscription as well. Unfortunately it does not appear to do that. I still get an email, with 0 issues found and the title is "[JIRA] Subscription: ${searchRequest.getName()}".
How do I remove an orphaned subscription?
Hello Cyndi,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When a filter is deleted it shouldn't send notifications, but when this issue happens, since there is no page in the UI to view all subscriptions for all filters, the only way to remove this subscription is by deleting it directly in the database.
In order to do that, it's necessary to create a ticket with our support, since we will need your approval to access your site and also to let this change registered internally.
With that said, since you are the site administrator, please go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and create a new ticket and add the link to this question.
Regards,
Angélica
