When I go to create an issue using the Jira Cloud for Slack integration, the only fields that can currently be filled in are Summary and Description. Is there a way to customize this screen so that a screenshot or video can be attached to the ticket created, as well?

According to the documentation, those are the only two fields for create at this time:
