How do I create an Issue Collector?

The documentation on this feature is out of date here.

"Issue Collector" does not appear in the sidebar of my project settings, I cannot find it anywhere. What are the current steps to create an issue collector?

Welcome to the community !!

Issue collectors are available. Make sure these 2 conditions are met

1. Your project should be company-managed projects.
2. You should have a project admin access to the project. You can access it directly from https://<baseURL>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewCollectors!default.jspa?projectKey=>PROJECTKEY>
