How do I create a new resolution screen with unique resolution's?

We have many projects that we use JIRA for and one of our projects calls for a different set of resolutions then the other projects currently implemented.

Is there a way to create a new resolution screen with a different set of resolutions that will still populate under the resolution field when searching?

You can have different workflows for the different projects and then use the following workflow properties to limit the resolutions:

jira.field.resolution.exclude

jira.field.resolution.include

See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Workflow+Properties

Note that this has nothing to do with screens though. The resolution field is either on them, or it is not. The work is done entirely in the workflow.
