How do I create a filter showing only tickets that have a specific ticket link

Hi Craig,

I was hoping to create a filter to only show Jira tickets with another project's Jira tickets linked. I don't want to create a filter by the type of linked issue. See attached picture as an example. I only want to have a filter showing tickets that have VQ tickets linked to them.
