How do I create a custom field that is a context field?

I created a custom field for Service Desk. I would like this field to be a context field so developers can populate after the stakeholder submits a ticket. However, I can only get the field to appear in the service desk request. How do I change this field so it appears in the right side of the screen allowing developers to populate after the ticket has been assigned and not for the stakeholder to populate when submitting a ticket?

Hi Britney,

You can create different screens for Create, Edit and View. The three separate screens can contain different fields, so leave the context field off of the Create screen but add it to the Edit and View screens.
