How do I contact Atlassian support

I am hoping this can reach their support. I am trying to open a ticket but our URL is not recognized.

What is your license level and role?

Customers on a Free license cannot submit tickets to Atlassian Support
- Free license customers use this community forum for support from other customers and Atlassian team members who see the posts
For customers on a paid license, only the Product Admin or Org Admin can submit tickets
