We have two separate zendesk instances, one for support and one for IT/Devops. Currently, support is using the zendesk to jira addon, however, i'd like to use the same functionality for the other zendesk instance. I have read in other posts that two zendesks cannot post to a single jira "project", which i am not trying to do. The output from the two zendesk instances will be going into two separate JIRA projects.
That all being said, how can I make this happen? Is this another limitation of the cloud offering? Currently, I can only set up one application link from one zendesk to one jira project. Thoughts?
