How do I configure Create SubTask screen?

I have 2 types of subtasks - Test tasks and Development tasks.

All I want to see on them is "Assignee", "Acceptance criteria", "Description", "Summary" and hour estimates fields (Log Work). How do i do that?

I was thinking to use " Add Issue Type Screen Scheme " but I can map it to Issue types, not sub tasks...

Actually, yes, you do use "issue type screen schemes". The screen schemes are there to say "use screen X for purpose Y when using issue type Z". They don't care whether an issue type is a top level issue or a subtask.

When you add a new screen scheme to an issue type screen scheme, you'll find it simply lists all the issue types you have in your system.
