How do I comment on the release version?

We would like to discuss about release plan and what extent issues are included in the release version.

However, I found conversational comments at the issue level, but not at the release version level.

So, how do I comment on the release version? is it possible? or can it be done in other ways?

You can not comment on a version/ release in Jira.

For Release planning, you can create a Confluence page which allows team collaboration.
