How do I close a Jira ticket that I opened?

We cannot see something that is hosted on your system.
I think for this question you should reach out to either your local Project Admin or Jira Admin.

Probably, based on your workflow, you need Close Permission. You need to ask to a JIRA Admin within your company.

As Craig said, we can't access this request. You can probably post a comment on your request asking for an agent to close it or move to the right project. If closing requests are the case for other requests, you may suggest that your local admin show this transition for customers.
