How do I clarify if fields are properly coming through on screens and then cards?

I'm using a zapier integration and in that zap I have a "Find User" task to dynamically set a reporter to the ticket when a form is submitted. 

The zap is saying the reporter field is not being used or not set to the right screen. Everything I'm looking at is saying otherwise. How do I clarify that?
