How do I change themes in Portfolio once they are created?

I created my initial theme list in Portfolio, but I can't find where I can change it. How can I make changes?

Bob, the themes should just be editable directly in-line in the table by clicking into the cell, unless you have read-only permissions on that plan:

To delete a theme, just over an entry and use the appearing "x" icon to delete:
