Up until yesterday the right-hand side panel that opens when you select an issue in the backlog used to show all the information with just a bold header at the top of each section, giving enough space for all of the content to display easily.
However yesterday the view suddenly changed and I now see a vertical menu within the side panel, along with a two-column layout with the section heading on the left and the content on the right.
This severely narrows the amount of content that can be displayed on one line and in some cases where there are sub-bullets the content becomes very long and almost impossible to read.
Is there a way to switch the side panel view back to the previous version?
can you share an image of what you are seeing?
Here are a couple of screenshots - you can see in the second one if there are lots of sub-bullets the content becomes difficult to read.
Also I noticed I'm not longer able to access the history at the bottom as I used to be able to.

So I’m wondering if you are comparing old issue view to new issue view. The images above are associated with the old view. You can tell that because of the icons on the left exist in the old view but not new. To switch between the two - click on your avatar > personal settings and toggle Jira labs.

Yes that must have been it as I've just turned Jira Labs on and everything is looking as it was before!
Thank you so much for your help :)
