How do I change the repoter on cloud Jira

I try to change the reporter on Cloud Jira

I found the answer that I need to have change the reporter rights, but cant find them from secure/admin/EditPermissions!default.jspa

I also tried to bulk change, but the reporter is still nowhere to be found

Hello,

If you go to project settings -> permission, you screen should look like this:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Yes, found it. Although I noticed still one thing: you need to have that reporter in screen, if you want to edit it.

After adding that, it worked
