How do I change the e-mail address to which invoices and billing notes are sent?
Hi @Ofer Ballin
Welcome to community!
https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/understand-billing-administration/#Add-a-billing-admin should help you with this.
Hello Fazila.
We are facing the same challenge.
We are looking for a way to change the recipients of the monthly billing mail.
However, a new billing contact or admin is not an option for us.
A billing contact has too many authorisations.
So far we have not found a place in the billing administration where we can change the recipients.
Cheers
Andreas

Is my understanding correct that you know how to add a new billing contact but you do not want to add as they have more access?
A billing contact can:
Manage payment details
Pay invoices
Add and remove billing admins and business contacts
Upgrade, downgrade, and cancel plans
Receive billing-related emails and notifications
Which of these you do not want them to do?

Hello @Fazila Ashraf.
Thanks for the quick response :-).
I don't think the problem is that complicated.
Currently, the mails with the invoices are sent to the two contact addresses that are stored as billing contacts in the system.
However, I would now like the email with the invoice to be sent to an additional recipient. This recipient does not work with Jira at all.
So I don't need to manage any authorisations or roles.
Can this be set somewhere?
Best
Andreas

ah, i do not think so..
But if they get through the trouble of setting up the account one time, then they can skip future logins and watch only the billing related emails. :)
