How do I change the appearance of transitions with JIRA Cloud?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Advanced workflow configuration

This document has instructions for a self-hosted JIRA instance.  How can I follow these instructions (or otherwise show all of my transitions) with a JIRA Cloud instance?

I think (but I'm not 100% sure) that if you raise a support request with Atlassian Cloud support, they will change the opsbar number for you.  But you'll need to be certain what number you want, as they won't keep changing it!
