How do I change the Logo and Text 'Atlassian OnDemand' from Login Page

I want to change the Logo and Text 'Atlassian OnDemand' from Login Page. So Please tell me how i change it ?

You don't. You can change the logos within the applications, but this screen is a shared resource across many applications and can't be customised by the end user.
