I requested for Edison website user access but seems like a wrong manager has been assigned as an approver for this request. Since this person is no longer exist in our company i would like to request for a change.

When you request access to a site, the request would go to the site/org admin of that site. Do you mean the existing admin is no longer working with the company?
In that case, the user who would like to become the new admin will have to raise a support ticket to get this sorted.

When I view my request, it seems like it is waiting for my manager's approval but the manager's name seems to be wrong (no longer working with the company).
If the request has been sent to the admin at same time, it would be no problem, but unfortunately I don't see any admin name on the request view.
