How do I automate transitioning issues from Resolved to DONE any time a version is released.

Hi @Kelly Lillis,
If I read your description correctly, you should use an automation branch where you seem tp be using a condition.
Your rule should look like this:
Apart from the logic of the rule, the workflow your issues are following should also have a transition from resolved (or any other status you'd like to transition issues from) to your done status.
